Terms of Service

Elev8 is a platform that lets coaches publish and sell training programs and sessions, and lets clients buy them, follow the plan, book time and message their coach. Coaching itself is provided by the coach, not by Elev8. We provide the software, take payment on the coach’s behalf and pass the proceeds on, less our fees.

You must be at least 13 to hold an account, and if you are under 18 a parent or guardian must set it up and accept these terms for you. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and include any tax we are required to charge. Payment is taken by Stripe; by paying you also accept the payment provider’s terms.

One-off purchases give you access to that program for the period described on its page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then. You can cancel at any time from your account.

Refunds are handled by the coach who sold you the program, under the refund terms shown on that program. Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel — for example the UK/EU 14-day right of withdrawal — that right applies and overrides anything narrower here, though it may be lost once digital content has been delivered and you have agreed to immediate access. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact your coach first; if that does not resolve it, email support@e8.coach.

If you sell through Elev8 you are an independent business, not our employee or agent. You are responsible for the content and quality of your coaching, for holding any qualifications, insurance and licences your jurisdiction requires, and for your own tax. You must connect a Stripe account to be paid; Stripe’s connected account terms apply to you directly, and payouts run on Stripe’s schedule.

Using the platform to sell requires an active Elev8 subscription at the rate shown in your settings. If that subscription lapses, your storefront may be suspended; your clients’ existing access and your data are retained during a reasonable grace period. You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a licence to host and display it so the platform can function. You are responsible for your own relationship with your clients, including any promises you make about results, refunds or availability.

Do not use Elev8 to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, to upload malware, to harass or abuse another user, to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, to resell or share access you bought for yourself, or to interfere with the service’s operation. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Training programs, drills and any nutrition guidance delivered through Elev8 are general fitness and coaching content. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for it. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from illness or have a known medical condition. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell while training. You take part at your own risk.

We work to keep Elev8 available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, upstream provider outages and events beyond our control can interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and, where appropriate, offer a pro-rated refund.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; see e8.coach/account-deletion for what that removes and what we must keep. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. Deleting your account does not automatically refund an unused subscription period unless the law requires it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Elev8 is provided as-is, we exclude implied warranties to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — except where consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, which it may.
